Role: Telecom Project Manager
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 6 Plus Months

Required :
Experience in handling Short-lead projects (3-4 months, quick ramp up)
Strong telecom engineering PM background - any telecom project, need person to hit the ground running. Have that industry piece already established

Nice to have:
Big data (hadoop concept) and JIRA ticket tracker experience a plus
PMP certification
Previously ran Customer Experience project management

Project Role:
Project manage the selection and implementation of a configuration management data base (CMDB) system for USCC's LTE network including interfaces to other systems.

Project Responsibilities:
Manage the vendor selection.
Oversee the project management of detailed requirements definition.
Program and project management of the implementation of the CMDB 
Coordinate business analysts and technical team members Manage Scope of Work along with Contract/Vendor issues 
Define and manage schedule along with project deliverables
Maintain project plans, manage issues/risks, provide status and progress reports to leadership.
Manage project team and CMDB vendor through planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, testing, installation and acceptance.
Manage training of CMDB rollout.
